Based in the UAE with the R&D operations centered in Warsaw, ION is at the forefront of revolutionizing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. We are dedicated to developing a robust Charging as a Service (CaaS) solution, designed to streamline and enhance the charging experience for EV owners. Our CaaS platform aims to provide seamless access to a wide network of charging stations, integrating advanced technology to ensure efficient operations and real-time data management. This platform not only facilitates easier management for charge point operators but also enhances user experience with features like quick charge station locating, real-time availability status, and simplified payment options. Through our innovative approach, ION supports the broader adoption of electric vehicles by making charging more accessible and convenient, contributing significantly to the region’s environmental sustainability goals.


We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager who can take charge of revolutionizing our EV charging services. This role will be pivotal in driving the successful development and delivery of our product while ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. You will serve as the critical link between engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across departments. As the driving force behind our product development efforts, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into market research and customer insights to steer our product roadmap.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure product development aligns seamlessly with overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch, ensuring that each stage is executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other peers to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain our position at the forefront of the EV market by effectively blending innovative ideas with market demands.
  • Develop and roll out effective go-to-market plans, supporting sales and marketing teams.
  • Serve as the product champion within the company and in the broader market.
  • To be proactive in project management, ensuring deadlines are reasonable and deliverable


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Product Manager (experience in EV or technology sectors will be a huge plus)
  • Proficient in product management methodologies, market assessment, and lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of rallying teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset, adept at translating customer requirements into top- notch product offerings.
  • Familiarity with SDLC from idea to feature release and following support
  • Proficient in data analysis, with strong analytical skills for market trend interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications or degrees in product management are advantageous.

Location:

This role is based in Warsaw, where you will be a key member of our software development team, contributing to our global initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in advancing our EV charging software solutions.
