The system integrates with corporate applications and centralizes employee data, automating time-tracking and billing processes. Its fully built in the AWS cloud using modern, serverless technologies. Your role will be to understand the system as a whole, plan and coordinate integrations with the clients ecosystem, and ensure that both architecture and business processes remain consistent across all connected applications. Your responsibilitiesAct as a bridge between business and technical teamsAnalyze requirements in the area of employee management and time trackingDefine integration architecture and ensure seamless communication between systemsTranslate business needs into clear analytical and technical documentation (AS-IS, TO-BE, use cases, diagrams)Manage product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work according to business valueCollaborate closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholdersParticipate in refinement, sprint planning, and review sessionsVerify whether delivered solutions align with initial assumptions and designSupport testing and validation of integrationsFacilitate communication and alignment between distributed teams Expected competences and knowledgeProven experience as a Business/System Analyst in a technically complex environmentPractical experience with business process modeling (UML/BPMN) and API testing (POSTMAN)Good grasp of database conceptExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage requirements lifecycleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to discuss both technical and business aspectsStrong analytical mindset and ability to see systems as integrated, evolving ecosystemsFluent English (spoken and written) Technologies you'll work withUML / BPMNPL/SQLPostmanScrumAWS Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?We have partnered with our Client, a leading HR company with over 60 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries around the world.
