Information about the project: Location: Hybrid (3 x week in Gdansk/Gdynia or Warsaw office) Industry: Banking Rate: 150 pln/h netto +VAT Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Expert to join our team and play a critical role in shaping a key data product that acts as a golden source within our organization. You will be collaborating daily with data from multiple systems and various stakeholders, focusing on data quality and integration via dedicated Java-based APIs. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to define and refine business and technical requirements. Analyze, design, map, and document data flows between source systems and consuming applications. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all integrated systems. Support development and testing activities, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Engage with different data customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective data solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and integration architecture. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Analyst or System Analyst in a data-focused environment. Good understanding of DataStage (ETL) processes and Java API integrations . Strong data mapping and data modeling skills with experience in building data model strategy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments is an advantage. Proficient in English (both written and spoken, C1).
