Opis roli

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Project Managera, który obejmie rolę lidera projektu wdrożenia dostawcy usług kadrowo-płacowych. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za kompleksowe zarządzanie projektem, ścisłą współpracę z dostawcą (ADP) oraz wsparcie klienta w podejmowaniu kluczowych decyzji w ramach transformacji HR/Payroll.


Zakres obowiązków

  • Organizacja i koordynacja działań transition pomiędzy strumieniami projektowymi (Data, Tech, Functional, OCM, PM, Legal, Finance).

  • Ścisła współpraca z dostawcą (ADP) przy realizacji aktywności projektowych oraz zarządzanie zależnościami między dostawcą a klientem.

  • Tworzenie i prowadzenie planu projektu, zarządzanie ryzykiem oraz rozwiązywanie zależności w sposób strukturalny.

  • Doradztwo dla klienta w zakresie kluczowych decyzji projektowych

  • Skuteczne zarządzanie interesariuszami oraz prowadzenie działań w obszarze change management (impact assessment, strategia i plan zmian).


Wymagania

  • Minimum kilka lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami transformacyjnymi (preferowane w obszarze HR/Payroll).

  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w Payroll vendor implementation lub transformacjach HR.

  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności w zakresie project management excellence (planowanie, monitorowanie, kontrola).

  • Doświadczenie w change management i zarządzaniu interesariuszami.

  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego; znajomość niemieckiego lub hiszpańskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym, złożonym i zwinnych strukturach projektowych.
