Zespół Financial Services Regulatory zajmuje się w głównej mierze doradztwem regulacyjnym na rzecz instytucji kredytowych, firm inwestycyjnych oraz funduszy inwestycyjnych świadcząc usługi dotyczące zgodności z regulacjami na rynkach finansowych (Bazylea IV, CRR II/ CRD V, MiFID II/ MiFIR, EMIR, AML, PSD II, UCITS, AIFMD, krajowe akty prawne, itp.).

Job title description

  • udział w kompleksowych projektach wdrożenia CRR 3 dla największych podmiotów w sektorze bankowym
  • udział w projektach w zakresie doradztwa regulacyjnego, m.in. BRRD i Ustawy o BFG
  • wdrożenie nowych regulacji i wytycznych dotyczących przymusowej restrukturyzacji w oparciu o wytyczne EBA i SRB
  • opracowywanie pisemnych opinii, raportów, analiz i podsumowań w ramach realizowanych projektów
  • bieżące wsparcie Zespołu w zarządzaniu projektami oraz w opracowywaniu nowych produktów i usług


Requirements

  • ukończone studia wyższe na kierunku finanse i rachunkowość, bankowość, prawo lub administracja
  • doświadczenie zawodowe w sektorze bankowym i/lub w BIG4
  • 2-3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze finansów, rachunkowości, controlingu, audytu, doradztwa regulacyjnego, zarządzania ryzykiem lub compliance
  • znajomość oraz chęć pogłębienia wiedzy w zakresie przepisów regulujących sektor bankowy, w tym m.in. Ustawy o BFG, Ustawy prawo bankowe, IFRS, CRR, BRRD
  • chęć rozpoczęcia/ w trakcie kursów CFA, FRM lub ACCA
  • umiejętność pracy z aktami prawnymi dotyczącymi rynku finansowego oraz ich interpretowania i zastosowania w praktyce
  • umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i języka polskiego
  • bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
