For one of our partners, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.


Position: Technical Program Manager – Engineering Productivity

Location: Remote, Poland



Responsibilities

● Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering productivity initiatives from concept

to adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with 40+ software development teams, product

management, and platform engineering to identify bottlenecks, gather requirements, and

deliver impactful improvements.

● Process & Tooling: Drive adoption of development platforms, tools and metrics that improve

quality, velocity, and stability.

● Change Management: Guide teams through process and tool changes, ensuring smooth

adoption and minimal disruption.

● Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs (velocity, stability, quality, security, value) to

measure success and communicate outcomes to leadership.

● Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering leadership and

development teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and feedback loops.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, promote engineering

best practices, and help foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

● 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar

role in a large-scale software engineering organization.

● Strong track record of delivering cross-functional programs in complex environments.

● Deep understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD,

cloud-native environments).

● Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse teams.

Desirable:

● Experience in engineering productivity, platform engineering, or developer tools.● Familiarity with metrics frameworks such as DORA.

● Background working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.

● Technical proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes.
