Zakres obowiązków:

  • Stały kontakt z działem księgowości oraz wsparcie przy kompletowaniu dokumentacji
  • Potwierdzanie przelewów, wystawianie faktur oraz prowadzenie korespondencji e-mailowej związanej z transakcjami importowo-eksportowymi
  • Organizacja zaopatrzenia biura oraz rezerwacje hotelowe dla pracowników z dwóch oddziałów
  • Koordynowanie przepływów bankowych, weryfikacja zgodności z umowami bankowymi
  • Obsługa i koordynacja faktoringów oraz wsparcie w zakresie transakcji finansowych
  • Współpraca i koordynacja działań z księgowościami spółek zależnych
  • Bieżąca współpraca z młodszymi pracownikami księgowości
  • Sporządzanie cotygodniowych raportów kosztów i wpływów bankowych
  • Nadzór nad dokumentacją w systemie ERP łączącym księgowość z zarządzaniem magazynem
  • Praca w biurze w Krakowie (brak możliwości pracy zdalnej)


Wymagania:

  • Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, najlepiej w firmie o profilu eksportowym lub logistycznym
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego – niezbędna do współpracy z partnerami międzynarodowymi
  • Zaawansowana znajomość programu Excel (w tym praca z tabelami przestawnymi i zaawansowanymi funkcjami)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami ERP – mile widziana znajomość SAP lub Microsoft Dynamics
  • Doskonałe zdolności organizacyjne i umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku
  • Komunikatywność i zdolności interpersonalne, pozwalające na efektywną współpracę z zespołem
  • Gotowość do pełnej dostępności telefonicznej w godzinach pracy
  • Preferowana współpraca B2B – własna działalność gospodarcza
