  • szybkie i skuteczne identyfikowanie oraz rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów w dziale,
  • wyznaczanie celów i zarządzanie rozwojem podległych zespołów,
  • proponowanie i wdrażanie kompleksowych rozwiązań przynoszących korzyść całej firmie,
  • współpraca z innymi działami firmy oraz zarządem,
