The HCL Software is looking for a Delivery Manager who can lead customer programs that accelerate business outcomes. You will recruit, grow and retain a team of Architects and Consultants, who serve as our HCL Software implementation, optimization, development and delivery experts for our Total Experience software.

The Delivery Manager Will Drive the Following:

  • Mentor and manage a team of HCL Software Architects and Consultants helping them to develop their expertise.
  • Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the interview process.
  • Be a technical expert on all aspects of HCL Total Experience.
  • Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for HCL Software engagements by ensuring adherence to technical and delivery best practices.
  • Work with Consulting Sales Leaders, and Sales Account Team on sales pursuits – scoping migration projects, performing upgrades, pricing services, creating statements of work.
  • Develop methodologies to improve our services delivery.
  • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve HCL Software's products and marketing.
  • Present our methodologies and capabilities to both internal teams, external partners and customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience; experience mentoring, coaching and developing teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling professional services; scoping large projects, writing statements of work.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale Digital Experience projects, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity and experience with common development tools and methodologies.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to work with customers on-site up to 25% of the time.
  • Project Manager Certification, PMI or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DXP platforms such as HCL DX, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Experience working within a Software vendor expert services or software services business, an asset.
  • Bilingual (English, German, Spanish or French) an asset.
