Your Role as a Delivery Manager:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team, working closely with the Capital, Product Control, and other Finance teams to develop and implement an end-to-end operating model for SFX hedging AT1 issuance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborative Development: Partnering with Capital and Finance teams to define and implement processes supporting NIH requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Leading the planning and management of the SFX Hedging AT1 Project and Day 2 work.
  • Requirements Documentation: Overseeing the documentation of business requirements and liaising with Technology to ensure clear understanding.
  • Backlog Management: Planning and prioritizing the SFX Hedging Day 2 backlog.
  • Production Readiness: Ensuring production readiness and business onboarding, supported by project BAs and SMEs.
  • Governance Leadership: Establishing and leading project steering committees and relevant working groups, and contributing to program-level governance meetings.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring compliance with the Change Framework, including status reporting, SOX assessment, and NFR reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hedge Accounting Expertise: Prior experience in a Hedge Accounting project delivery role.
  • Project Delivery Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project roles, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Financial Acumen: Prior working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets, with FX Hedging knowledge being a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading a small team and strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with standard change delivery toolsets, including Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and produce clear project artifacts.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, rapidly learn in a changing environment, and motivate teams.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and influence business heads, senior managers, technical experts, and business users.
