In this role, you will oversee the complete life-cycle of IT product and service orders - from intake and validation through to delivery and implementation. You will coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment, maintain inventory records, and resolve order-related issues. Your proactive approach will help optimise ordering processes, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.Your responsibilitiesProcessing: Coordinating and monitoring the entire ordering process for IT products and services, from order entry to delivery or implementation.Coordination: Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., IT procurement, logistics, sales) and external providers to ensure smooth processing.Inventory and Licenses: Managing IT inventory, including licensing, to avoid under- or over-licensing.Process Improvement: Actively participating in the development and optimisation of ordering and procurement processes.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective and structured communication channels between internal departments and external providers to ensure the smooth delivery of orders.Optimisation: Ensure systemic improvements in quality by leveraging business feedback and industry best practices, further driving long-term service optimisation and enhancing customer satisfaction.Escalation Management: Manage high-priority and critical escalations and collaborate with responsible service managers to ensure timely resolutions and root cause analysis for delayed or incorrect orders.Our requirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluency in English.Proven experience in Order and Vendor Management, with expertise in life-cycle management and inventory control.Strong organisational and analytical skills, ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.Knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management.Familiarity with IT products, licensing, and asset management.A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.What we offerPrivate medical careGroup Life InsuranceMultisport cardFlexible benefits platformLanguage classesPension Scheme (PPE) after 12 monthsChildcare subsidyTraining and development programsHappy Monday (snacks provided)Attractive location (Sky Tower)Hybrid work (conditional to your role)Benefitsprivate medical caresharing the costs of foreign language classessharing the costs of professional training & courseslife insuranceintegration eventsretirement pension planno dress codecoffee / teadrinksextra social benefitsemployee referral programcharity initiativesQIAGEN WrocławAt the heart of QIAGEN’s business is a vision to make improvements in life possible.We are on an exciting mission to make a real difference in science and healthcare.
