Operations Manager


On-site role from Gdańsk


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Team Managers

  • Ensure delivery of KPIs, operational, quality, and financial metrics

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews

  • Manage employee absence and attrition; implement corrective actions

  • Drive and monitor Employee Satisfaction Survey initiatives

  • Develop, mentor, and train direct reports

  • Manage client relationships at the operational level


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support / BPO environment

  • Proven experience in team management (Team Manager, Supervisor, or similar role)

  • German fluency (C1) and English proficiency (min. B2)

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work with data, reporting, and performance analysis

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • People-oriented mindset with strong engagement-building skills

  • Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s)

  • Experience with operational policies and procedures

  • Background in onboarding new campaigns/projects

  • High tech affinity and ability to implement new tools
