We are looking for a PMO / Change Manager with Italian language skills to support HR transformation initiatives within a corporate environment. The role combines project coordination, change management support, and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on HR processes, including payroll, employee data, and HR systems.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates looking to build experience in project management, organizational change, and HR transformation in an international setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support PMO activities across HR-related projects, including planning, reporting, and documentation

  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Support change management activities such as stakeholder communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking

  • Help maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports

  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure alignment of project activities

  • Support communication with Italian-speaking stakeholders and end users

  • Assist in preparing presentations, project updates, and internal communications

  • Track risks, dependencies, and change impacts related to HR processes and systems


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written)

  • Interest in project management, PMO, or change management

  • Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or people-related processes is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools
