ROLA: Analityk Sprzedaży

LOKALIZACJA: ŁAZY, POWIAT PIASECZYŃSKI - 22 min drogi z centrum Warszawy.

Obowiązki:

  • Głęboka analiza danych sprzedażowych, w tym segmentacji produktów, kanałów dystrybucji i regionów, celem identyfikacji kluczowych trendów oraz możliwości wzrostu sprzedaży.
  • Przygotowywanie szczegółowych raportów i analiz sprzedażowych, w tym analizy porównawczej, prognoz sprzedażowych oraz analizy rentowności produktów.
  • Monitorowanie wskaźników kluczowych wydajności (KPI) i identyfikacja obszarów wymagających optymalizacji.
  • Współpraca z zespołem marketingowym i produkcyjnym w celu opracowywania efektywnych strategii promocji i dystrybucji.
  • Opracowywanie rekomendacji biznesowych opartych na danych oraz wsparcie w podejmowaniu decyzji dotyczących polityki cenowej i asortymentowej.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: ekonomia, zarządzanie, statystyka lub pokrewne).
  • Minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego jako Analityk Sprzedaży w branży FMCG.
  • Doskonała znajomość narzędzi analitycznych takich jak Excel (zaawansowany), SQL, Power BI lub podobne.
  • Umiejętność pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych oraz doświadczenie w tworzeniu zaawansowanych raportów i analiz.
  • Znajomość technik segmentacji rynku oraz analizy konkurencyjnej.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne, zdolność do samodzielnej interpretacji danych i wyciągania wniosków biznesowych.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji oraz współpracy z różnymi działami w organizacji.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w środowisku międzynarodowym.
