Senior IT Support & Jira Specialist


Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Administrowanie, konfigurowanie sytemu Jira według potrzeb użytkowników,
  • Analiza problemów, wskazywanie rozwiązań w infrastrukturze IT,
  • Administrowanie, monitorowanie, audytowanie i wsparcie technicznie systemów IT,
  • Bezpośredni kontakt z użytkownikami w celu weryfikacji problemów,
  • Reagowanie na awarie urządzeń i systemów informatycznych.


Nasze wymagania:


  • Bardzo dobra znajomość systemu Jira (konfiguracja, administracja)
  • Znajomość systemów i rozwiązań IT, takich jak systemy poczty elektronicznej, sieci, rozwiązania bezpieczeństwa i infrastruktura operacyjna,
  • Umiejętność diagnozowania i naprawy sprzętu IT,
  • Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji systemowej,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość środowiska Active Directory, Entra oraz systemów Windows,
  • 6 lat doświadczenia w dziale IT, w tym minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku typu helpdesk (współpraca z klientem wewnętrznym),
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2,
  • Rozumienie infrastruktury IT i zależności między jej poszczególnymi elementami,
  • Znajomość systemów Linux,
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne, łatwość nawiązywania kontaktu z ludźmi,
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności organizacyjne, dokładność, terminowość i odpowiedzialność za wykonywaną pracę i jej efekty,
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz pod presją czasu.


Mile widziana znajomość:

  • znajomość rozwiązań HA Hyper-V, M365, Veeam, Wazuh.
