Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst specializing in Mortgage solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and expertise in eliciting and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements. A key focus will be on translating business needs into effective development tasks, contributing to IT solutions design, and resolving business-related questions during the software development lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will undertake essential tasks related to IT analysis for mortgage solutions, including:
Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into development tasks/stories.
Contribute to the design of IT solutions.
Resolve business questions and problems during the software design and development phases.
Key Requirements:The successful candidate must have:
Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using data and process modeling.
Strong understanding of business needs translation into development tasks.
Ability to contribute to IT solution design.
Problem-solving skills during software design and development.
Nice to Have:Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:
Experience in the mortgage industry.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
