This role requires both strong technical expertise and exceptional soft skills. Responsibilities you'll haveAnalyze, source, and harmonize data to support a large-scale marketing automation platform Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Identify potential risks, issues, and inconsistencies in data flows and propose effective solutions Support and improve ETL processes and ensure data quality across systems Contribute to agile ceremonies and collaborate within a cross-functional team Prepare functional and technical documentation related to data processing and system behavior Expected competences and knowledge5–7+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, preferably within the banking sector Strong SQL skills for database querying and analysis Practical experience with Python or another programming language used for data manipulation Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to translate between business and technical contexts Fluent English (spoken and written) - min.
