The domain oversees a large-scale ledger system built on a leading core banking engine, ensuring its stability, regulatory compliance, and continuous optimisation of all account-related functionalities. In this role, you will become part of an experienced team of Product Owners and Analysts who define both business and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SAFe Agile practices. As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analysing business needs, conducting system analysis, and applying data modelling techniques to design clear, scalable, and effective solutions. Responsibilities you'll haveGather, analyse, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to align on solution designEnsure scalability, robustness, and quality in applications and proposed changesSupport agile delivery processes and contribute to requirement-related activities in sprintsProvide technical and business insights for decision-making and developmentMonitor progress to ensure delivery aligns with scope, standards, and timelinesContribute to initiatives that simplify and modernise the application landscape Expected competences and knowledge5+ years of experience as IT AnalystExperience in requirements analysis and end-to-end requirements managementSolid business and data modelling skillsStrong conceptual and analytical thinking abilitiesGood business domain knowledge, preferably related to banking or financial systemsProficiency in SQL and familiarity with large, complex datasetsGood understanding of complex system architecture, integrations, and communication methodsExperience working with Jira and ConfluenceGood command of English Nice to have:Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem or large-scale data platformsExperience working in a Nordic banking environment Technologies you'll work withBPMNUMLEnterprise ArchitectSQLJIRAConfluence
