We’re looking for an experienced Senior System & Business Analyst to join our transformation team and potentially lead a group of 6–8 analysts. You’ll combine hands-on analytical work with team leadership – shaping analysis standards, mentoring others, and driving the quality of documentation and solution design across key initiatives.️ What You'll Do:Lead system and business analysis for transformation projects.Translate business needs into clear, testable system requirements (Epics, Stories, Tasks).Prepare process models (BPMN), data and integration specifications (API, EIP, Event-driven).Support Product Owners in shaping the backlog and estimating analysis efforts.Assess the impact of changes on IT systems and business processes.Verify implementation and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.Work within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) using JIRA and Confluence.✅ Must-Have Skills:Minimum 6 years of experience as a System & Business Analyst.At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, coordination, or Tech Lead role.Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of requirements, processes, and system architecture.Excellent command of BPMN, UML, and SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries).Experience with integrations (REST, EIP, event-driven architecture).Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to manage priorities under time pressure.Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.⭐ Strongly Preferred / Big Plus:Previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.Experience with enterprise transformation or modernization programs.Knowledge of tools and techniques supporting analytical documentation and automation.
