Senior System Analyst

Location: 100% remote work


As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. As part of the analytics team, you will collaborate on creating system solutions that support financial reporting and process control. Your role will be crucial in ensuring data consistency and the efficiency of reporting processes, as well as in communication with technical and business teams. The project offers opportunities for growth in system analysis and work in a dynamic banking environment.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Analysing system requirements and translating them into technical specifications

  • Mapping data interfaces within the Data Reporting stream

  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment

  • Supporting test processes by analysing workflows and identifying improvements

  • Documenting system processes and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders

  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks


You are an ideal fit for this role if you:

  • Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

  • Demonstrate experience in data analysis, preferably in the banking or financial sector

  • Have excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Understand system analysis methods and best practices

  • Use tools to gather, model, and translate user requirements into system specifications

  • Manage stress and work effectively under tight deadlines

  • Communicate fluently in English (B2 or higher)

  • Know financial market products and their data requirements


It will be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with advanced SQL and relational databases

  • Familiarity with process improvement and test analysis methodologies
