About pdfFiller team:

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our online PDF creator and editor – pdfFiller.

pdfFiller empowers over 10 million users every month to create and edit PDFs, send them for signing, and securely store documents within a single application. Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done.


And now, we are looking for a Product Designer who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.



What you'll be working on:
  • Developing and implementing designs for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI).
  • Enhancing the user experience (UX) of mobile applications.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams, product management, and marketing to achieve common goals.
  • Conducting user research, analyzing feedback and data to improve mobile products.
  • Creating and maintaining a design system for mobile applications.
  • Participating in A/B testing and analyzing results to inform design decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
  • A portfolio showcasing successfully implemented mobile projects.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile devices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Apple Human Interface and Material Design guidelines.
  • Experience conducting user research and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Ukrainian or Russian speaker.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems.
