In this strategic role, you will own the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. You'll play a vital part in shaping the platform’s roadmap, guiding development teams, and implementing best practices aligned with ITIL standards and business objectives.
