Role Overview

ServiceNow is a global platform widely used to manage enterprise business processes. As a ServiceNow Developer Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business processes on the NowPlatform. This role includes analyzing business requirements, overseeing the full implementation lifecycle, and leading teams of consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) module.

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers during implementation, configuration, and maintenance projects.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices.

  • Integrate IRM with other ServiceNow modules and external third-party applications.

  • Customize and configure the platform to support risk assessment, compliance management, and audit processes.

  • Implement best practices for testing, scalability, and quality assurance.

  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations.

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation (architectures, configurations, workflows).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, IRM trends, and drive innovation across the platform.

  • Ensure compliance of all IRM solutions with organizational policies and industry regulations.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of NowPlatform architecture.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead in ServiceNow IRM/GRC projects.

  • Advanced ServiceNow certification (CAD or CIS for IRM).

  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, or others).

  • Strong understanding of ITSM and GRC processes.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding developer teams and delivering end-to-end implementations.

  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level).


Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical/economic field.

  • Additional European language skills.
