Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Kierowanie zespołem IT z zakresu jednego Chaptera wspierając środowisko współpracy oraz wysokiej wydajności zespołu
  • Wyznaczanie kierunku technologicznego oraz dbanie o kompetencje niezbędne do realizacji pracy w Chapterze
  • Dobieranie odpowiednich ludzi/kompetencji do squadów, by przy współpracy z Product Ownerami budować efektywne zespoły
  • Zapewnienie oraz wprowadzanie standardów (odpowiednio do danej technologii, kompetencji)
  • Określanie planu rozwoju dla całego Chaptera oraz indywidualnie dla każdego członka zespołu
  • Regularne udzielanie informacji zwrotnych, przeprowadzanie sesji coachingowych, spotkań 1:1
  • Aktywne rozwijanie własnej wiedzy z zakresu Agile, kompetencji managerskich i technologicznych niezbędnych w danym Chapterze
  • Monitorowanie jakości pracy, przestrzeganie standardów oraz zapewnienie transparentnej komunikacji
  • Zapewnienie optymalnej liczby osób w Chapterze
  • Wspieranie poczucia sprawczości i odpowiedzialności za wykonywane zadania


Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku managerskim w środowisku IT
  • Umiejętność dostosowania priorytetów do dynamicznie zmieniających potrzeb biznesowych
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji w zespole i tworzenia atmosfery otwartej komunikacji
  • Proaktywna postawa, komunikatywność
  • Aktywność w rozwijaniu własnych kompetencji oraz w tematyce Agile
  • Wspieranie członków zespołu w budowaniu sprawczości i odpowiedzialności
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego co najmniej na poziomie B1
  • Znajomość .NET stack'u technologicznego
