The goal of this position:

The Regional CMO should bring innovative marketing solutions, effective communication strategies, and a seamless client experience that aligns with local market preferences. This role will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives and high-quality delivery.

The main goal is to increase market share, drive customer acquisition and retention, and implement localized strategies that support our global objectives while catering to the specific demands of the local markets.


What will be your key responsibilities:
  • 20 % Creating and executing communication strategy and media planning
  • 20 % Participating on local production and creating creative assets
  • 20 % Managing and mentoring the local marketing team
  • 20 % Managing and collaborating with performance agencies and other partners
  • 20 % Supervising quality of delivery

What experience should you have:
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably Start-Up experience
  • Strong background in client acquisition (B2B and B2C)
  • Experience with creative direction
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Expertise in creating communication strategies and media planning
  • Analytical skills to provide market insights and knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Good leadership and team management skills including cooperation with external partners and agencies
