  • Processing vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and adherence to company policies
  • Preparing and executing payments to vendors while maintaining accurate records
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end close processes
Our requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Readiness for working hybrid and coming to the office at least twice a week
  • Residing in Poland required
Optional
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in NetSuite

Job Description

The Staff Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with company policies, supporting cash flow objectives, and contributing to the overall efficiency of accounts payable operations.
