Your main responsibilities and challenges:

  • Responsible for delivering solutions from start to finish (until successful usage on PROD)

  • Leading the team from a technical or delivery perspective

  • Able to step into the role of tech leader or workstream leader if needed

  • Ensuring high-quality team output and mentoring fellow consultants

  • Presenting ServiceNow features and demos, including pre-sales presentations

  • Identifying customer needs and shaping effective solutions

  • Designing solutions using ServiceNow modules and features


What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow project experience

  • 9+ months of experience as a Tech Leader or Workstream Leader

  • Strong knowledge across ServiceNow’s capabilities (beyond the core features)

  • Hands-on experience with code reviews, upgrades, and release processes

  • Very good knowledge of JavaScript, scripting and Glide API

  • Solid technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and how to apply them

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills – able to convey complex technical information using non-technical language
