Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our People&Culture team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals find their perfect role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate Hiring Process: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
  • Maintain Recruitment Database: Keep accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in SSC/BPO sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
