Are you an organized and proactive person who loves keeping things running smoothly? What will you do?

  • Welcome and assist visitors, making sure they have a great first impression of our company.

  • Handle mail and deliveries (both incoming and outgoing) and manage courier orders.

  • Keep our document flow organized and collaborate with the HR and Finance departments on settlements and administrative documentation.

  • Monitor and order office supplies, as well as take care of the equipment and cleanliness of the office space.

  • Cooperate with service providers (e.g. cleaning, catering, technical maintenance) and build good relationships with our office service vendors.

  • Work closely with the building management and technical support teams.

  • Support projects related to organizational culture, well-being, and a sustainable office.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a positive first-day experience.

  • Help plan and organize company and office events.

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with employees.

  • Keep an eye on the office space and proactively offer help where it’s needed.


Who are you?

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team needs.

  • This role requires being present at the office daily.
