About the Job: As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with a high focus on building relations with new clients and maintaining customer relationships with our existing customers in Poland.
Who Are We? Actona Group AS is a prominent Danish furniture manufacturer formed 40 years ago with an annual turnover exceeding €360 million. Actona supplies furniture to more than 90 countries from their headquarters in Holstebro on the west coast of Denmark, with additional factories in Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, and China. The company group employs more than 3000 staff globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and develop relations across Poland.
- Sales to and servicing of present customers in Poland.
- Plan, carry out, and follow-up on customer visits at new and existing customers in the area.
- Frequent visits to the headquarters and stores of customers.
- Prepare unambiguous business agreements with new and existing customers in accordance with our strategy together with the Sales Director.
- Preparation, participation, and follow-up for House Fairs in Denmark, and other International Fairs.
- Product selection, pricing, offering, and follow-up according to customers' deadlines.
- Permanent resident in Poland.
- Fluent in Polish.
- Your English is at a good level both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
Who are you?
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- In-depth commercial understanding and sales flair.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry with an insight into the Polish furniture market.
