Kandydat będzie odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie wszystkich etapów negocjacji z klientami w Polsce i regionie CEE. Współpraca z CFO, COO oraz działem rynków kapitałowych.Idealny kandydat ma ponad 6 lat doświadczenia na rynku nieruchomości w dziale transakcji, ze szczególnym naciskiem na sprzedaż. Posiada doświadczenie w międzynarodowej firmie nieruchomościowej i chciałby mieć w pełni niezależne stanowisko.

Nasz Klient, międzynarodowa firma będąca liderem w sektorze rynku nieruchomości, z powodu rozwoju poszukuje osoby na nowo utworzone stanowisko Menedżera Inwestycji / Transakcji, z siedzibą w Warszawie, skupiającego się na rynku polskim i regionalnym.

Opis stanowiska

  • Zapewnienie krótkoterminowego, średnioterminowego i długoterminowego adekwatnego zaopatrzenia w kapitał zewnętrzny inwestorów odpowiadający wymaganiom polskiego i regionalnego pipeline'u rozwojowego,
  • Utrzymywanie i rozwijanie relacji z obecnymi inwestorami, którzy już mają ustaloną historię współpracy z firmą,
  • Identyfikacja potencjalnych nowych źródeł kapitału lokalnie i międzynarodowo,
  • Pomoc inwestorom w zrozumieniu i zaakceptowaniu prezentowanych przez firmę możliwości inwestycyjnych,
  • Współpraca z wewnętrznym zespołem deweloperskim przy przygotowywaniu i prezentowaniu inwestycyjnych briefów dla nowych możliwości rozwojowych,
  • Wsparcie briefów inwestycyjnych odpowiednimi analizami rynkowymi i dobrze zorganizowaną prezentacją sprzedażową w najbardziej efektywnej formie graficznej,
  • Przygotowywanie i wykorzystanie wszystkich analiz do użytku wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego podczas spotkań z inwestorami,
  • Wskazywanie zespołom deweloperskim, aby proponowane inwestycje spełniały oczekiwania inwestorów i standardy rynkowe,
  • Bycie proaktywnym członkiem zespołu rynków kapitałowych, wykorzystywanie wewnętrznych synergii,
  • Przeprowadzanie bieżących analiz konkurencji i mapowanie graczy rynkowych,
  • Monitorowanie trendów branżowych i raportów rynkowych w celu odróżnienia się od konkurencji i dostarczania inwestorom najnowszych informacji rynkowych,
  • Wnoszenie wkładu do wewnętrznej bazy danych inwestorów, menedżerów inwestycyjnych,
  • Zarządzanie i zamykanie indywidualnych transakcji oraz aktywne uczestnictwo w procesie finalizacji i realizacji transakcji.

Profil kandydata

  • Wykształcenie wyższe: finanse, ekonomia, bankowość, nieruchomości,
  • Co najmniej 6 lat doświadczenia w pokrewnej dziedzinie, na rynku nieruchomości, w dziale inwestycji / transakcji,
  • Bardzo dobra wiedza finansowa,
  • Silne doświadczenie w sprzedaży, udokumentowane sukcesy,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów prawnych,
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego - C1/C2
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne,
  • Umiejętność pracy nad wieloma projektami jednocześnie,
  • Wspaniały duch pracy zespołowej,
  • Skupienie na wynikach i realizacji zadań,
  • Pełna samodzielność w pracy i podejście jak właściciel biznesu.
