At Signify's Channel Marketing Consumer Team in Warsaw, we're seeking a fresh graduate that's keen to learn and accelerate their career within our one-year long Development Program, which will enable you to continue your professional journey at Signify on full time position.

Our Signify Graduate Development Program is an excellent opportunity for you to:

Accelerate your professional career by having diverse experiences: During the program you'll work in Channel Marketing team, but you'll also be able to experience other parts of Signify Marketing to gain a broader perspective and expand your network at Signify

Grow personally and professionally: During the year you'll go through tailored trainings, including topics from your areas of responsibility as well as self-awareness and way of working, i.e. LEAN methodology, Design Thinking.

Work in a global organization: You will daily engage with diverse stakeholders worldwide, working on projects that help to drive the innovation in lighting industry.

Your Team:

Join the Channel Marketing Team in Consumer Business. We bring warmth, atmosphere, and emotions to people's homes, lighting up spaces with millions of colors enabled by amazing possibilities of our connected and not connected products. We manage brands like Philips, Philips HUE and WiZ.

Your Profile:

Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed by September 2024) preferably in Marketing.

Skill Set: Fluency in Polish and English, excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).

Key Attributes: Proactive, with passion for learning, analytical approach, and attention to details.

Tech Savvy: Intermediate MS Office, especially Excel, interested in consumer marketing, social media and smart home solutions.

Cultural Fluency: Ability to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting and build bridges across stakeholders.
