Packaging Data & Assembly Specifications Analyst

Łódź, Poland

Contract: 12 months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: #LI-DNI

  • Complete production assembly specifications on time and in full for McCormick manufacturing plants and co-manufacturers.
  • Create and verify pack type, in line case print, special instructions, date format, engineering BOM, weight and dimensional data, SAP reports.
  • Respond to internal technical enquiries in a timely manner, in order to meet business and key stakeholders needs (GDA, Production, R&D packaging, QA, Technical, Marketing, Commercialization).
  • Approve Lotus Notes workflows- new product creation (NPC/FTO) and changes to the existing products (Cancel/Supersede).
  • Ensure that all information is compiled and entered in McCormick tools/systems correctly (i.e SAP).
  • Support production lines set ups (remotely from the office) and close collaboration with Production Coordinators.
  • Actively participate in project meetings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Around 1 year in similar role. Preferably with experience in SAP environment with production module.
  • Production Management/Engineering Diploma or related qualification, preferably in a food related discipline or previous experience in production environment.
  • SAP experience is a must, Advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work in a 2-shift environment.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across the business functions, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem solving.
  • Statistical skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
