Job DescriptionYou love Project Management and leading teams? If so, this role is perfect for you.As an Environmental, Social, and Governance Finance Program Manager - Senior Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team (FFBA), you will be responsible for overseeing significant data, infrastructure, accounting standard, and business process change management endeavors.Join a top-notch team of project and data management professionals dedicated to implementing strategic automation in the ESG Finance Controller Reporting realm. Your role will involve coordinating project team activities and engaging with stakeholders from various locations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with project stakeholders to define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as the main contact for strategic initiatives and ensure their execution aligns with plans
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and governance plans
  • Collaborate with FFBA ESG Product Owners for new data model implementations
  • Lead preparation for project meetings and oversee necessary documentation
  • Manage project artifacts including Operating Model Documentation and Project Confluence
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 7-10+ years of project management experience required, preferably in Finance/Banking or Data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in creating high-quality materials and documentation
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, JIRA, and Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes in Banking
  • Experience with Agile project methodology
  • Ability to lead across departments and geographies
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
