Graduates Development Programme

Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you an in-depth look at our business as a whole, while immersing you in real roles within a functional area of the business to accelerate the career of young talents at Reckitt. Key Account Specialist – Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

Warsaw, Poland

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations within the business functions/teams, starting at Sales.

Your responsibilities

During 1st rotation, you'll be:

  • Leading business independently at two of our customers - direct cooperation with the buyers.
  • Managing strategy & participation in planning and sales goals implementation
  • Taking care of trade terms and contract negotiations
  • Developing business, defining new building blocks and executing them into commercial phase.
  • Doing In-depth customer, market, and trade analysis; Researching and analyzing of the effectiveness of sales activities
  • Co-creating and implementing projects and proposing solutions that increase the sales effectiveness.
The experience & skills we're looking for
  • University undergrads/graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete their degree in 2024
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work in full-time
  • Leadership potential, high interpersonal skills and strong passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.)
  • First experience in the sales or trade marketing area in FMCG will be an asset
  • First experience working with P&L will be an asset
  • Ideally internationally mobile
