We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to help us establish strong relationships with our partners and drive performance enhancements across the Bolt Food organization and beyond.

About the roleAs an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business, supporting partner restaurants' growth, and understanding our key business goals. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to manage business priorities and foster valuable partnerships with our platform partners.
Your daily adventures will include:
  • Proactive communication with partners via phone and internal messaging
  • Managing a portfolio of partners, evaluating market characteristics, and supporting progress towards business objectives
  • Analyzing market behavior to enhance customer experience
  • Executing commercial strategies and resolving operational challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for business growth
  • Negotiating contract conditions and managing eater-facing campaigns
  • Organizing campaigns at the city level for optimal performance

About you:
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or related roles
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish
  • Affinity for e-commerce, HoReCa, or food tech is a plus
  • Proven success in client management and meeting targets
  • Good analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Passionate about new technologies and organized in daily tasks
  • Ability to influence partners and network effectively
