Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • profesjonalna, kompleksowa obsługa Klientów (telefoniczna i mailowa), zgodnie z obowiązującymi w firmie procedurami i standardami,
  • odpowiadanie na zapytania Klientów,
  • budowanie oraz doskonalenie trwałych relacji handlowych z Klientami,
  • kompleksowa obsługa zamówień,
  • współpraca z centralą w zakresie dotyczącym obsługi klienta,
  • kontrola procesu realizacji zamówień.

Nasze wymagania:

  • minimum 3 lata doświadczenia pracy w obsłudze klienta,
  • wyższe wykształcenie,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość oprogramowania MS Office,
  • dobra znajomość SAP,
  • dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • umiejętność nawiązywania kontaktów i budowania relacji,
  • samodzielność, systematyczność i dokładność w działaniu,
  • zorientowanie na rezultat,
  • bardzo dobra organizacji pracy,
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • kreatywność.
