ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The Engagement Centre is fully dedicated providing world class customer service to our consumers and distributors. We provide multi-channel support and have the best team of people ready to assist them.

Your role will be to assist our B2B customers with the Order to Invoice process, ensuring they receive smooth and positive experience within this phase, help them fix issues and ensure order and stock challenges are resolved in timely manner. You shall be expected to work independently covering majority of the Order to Cash process with minimum supervision while collaborating with other members of your team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Verify customer purchase orders (e.g., contact details, pricing, terms) & monitor order management process from order entry in SAP system to delivery.
  • Manage invoicing processing.
  • Ensure order check and related stock prioritization to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash services, including order release and collection activities, issues investigation and resolution, contact customers for extra information etc.
  • Follow and use a robust knowledge management framework: ensure all procedure manuals are updated accordingly and any changes are cascaded to all team members.
  • Immediately escalate to the line manager any breach in existing controls and highlight any possible risks caused by lack of control.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficiency in German and an advanced level in English
  • Responsiveness to Customer needs and willingness to solve their problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in Order to Cash area, including data analysis.
  • Knowledge of payment processing services/systems.
  • Reporting knowledge, especially in generating and providing insights.
