Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Order Management Specialist

Umowa na czas określony 18mcy

Zakres obowiązków:


• Współpraca z Klientami: wprowadzanie i kompletacja zamówień od Klientów, bieżący kontakt w sprawie statusu zamówień,

• Awizacje: przekazywanie dyspozycji transportu operatorom logistycznym i przewoźnikom, aktualizowanie informacji o terminach dostaw i dostępności produktów. Aktywne poszukiwanie rozwiązań potencjalnych problemów z dostawami,

• Raportowanie bieżącego stanu dostaw produktów i stanu sprzedaży zgodnie z planami tygodniowymi,

• Regularne monitorowanie wyników KPI i koordynacja poziomu realizacji dyspozycji sprzedażowych,

• Współpraca z Działami Sprzedaży,

• Wdrażanie i praca nad projektami mającymi na celu poprawę efektywności pracy i KPI.

Nasze oczekiwania:


• Masz min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku,

• Wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie (mile widziane kierunki: logistyka/ zarządzanie),

• Lubisz pracę z danymi i masz zdolności analityczne,

• Doskonale organizujesz swoją pracę nawet pod presja czasu,

• Szukasz rozwiązań w miejsce problemów i nie boisz się ich proponować,

• Posługujesz się j. angielskim w stopniu dobrym,

• Znasz w stopniu dobrym MS Excel, mile widziana znajomość SAP.
