Join our team as a Program Coordinator for Global Account Management and develop new programs for Account Management teams worldwide. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking progress, managing budgets, and providing input for future initiatives. Strong execution mindset, communication skills, adaptability, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with the Global Programs Lead and other team members to develop and implement new programs for our Account Management teams globally. Client Success Teams: Facilitate seamless coordination between multiple functions, accounts and stakeholders to ensure the organization of meetings and progress of resulting actions. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Generate project stakeholder progress reports. Talent Programs: Assist with preparation and logistics for 4 x yearly programs including management of budgets, scheduling, participant tracking, communications and content preparation. Collect data and complete ROI analysis to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Assist with the preparation of recommendations for enhancing the program's impact and value. New programs: Provide creative input into future initiatives to be developed. Other team administrative tasks.
