Account Specialist

We're seeking someone with a strong passion for providing exceptional service and the ability to adapt communication styles effectively to connect with customers - building good relationships with both owners and chefs is key. Ideally, you have prior experience working with data to enhance partnerships.
You should also be a team player willing to assist with various tasks beyond the usual day-to-day responsibilities, maintaining the 'hands-on' culture that defines our team.
Responsibilities:
- Driving and overseeing growth across our current venues.
- Generating and delivering data-driven reports.
- Contributing to enhancing Operational KPIs for key accounts.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing department to strategize and implement campaigns.
- Continuously analyzing the local market dynamics.
- Substantial experience in previous account management roles.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust tone based on the audience.
- Robust analytical background, including proficiency in analytical tools such as Looker or Power BI.
- Methodical, thorough, and customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly.
- Enthusiasm for food and enhancing the local dining scene.
- Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
