What you will do:
- Work on strategic initiatives regarding the development of RTB House;
- Generate value for our global team by analyzing and optimizing performance of our retargeting campaigns;
- Provide research & analytical support for the most complex cases in the portfolio;
- Conduct A/B tests for the biggest clients worldwide;
- Support creation of automated tools for campaign performance optimization;
- Work on competition analyses.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in digital marketing or basic knowledge of retargeting;
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and effectively synthesizing information;
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to understand complex concepts;
- Proactivity, independence, self-motivation, initiative and detail orientation;
- Ability to cooperate with different teams, stakeholders management, good communication skills;
- Ability to manage a process end-to-end;
- Experience in campaign optimization;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and G Suite;
- Minimum C1-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience in data analytics;
- Experience in business projects management;
- Experience in process optimization;
- Statistical/mathematical background;
- Experience with Google Big Query/SQL/Looker Studio;
- Experience in retargeting campaign optimization.
