We are looking for an individual totake command of the Strategy & Product team. This team is responsible for substantive work for clients onstrategy, product and service development.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing Strategy & Product team, supporting team members indeveloping competencies through appropriate assignment toprojects, mentoring, motivating self-development (incooperation with People & Culture Manager).
  • Shaping Strategy & Product offerings, being responsible for developing offerings inresponse tocustomer inquiries.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients, selling new services oncompleted projects.
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing team inpromoting and selling Strategy & Product offerings.
  • Execution of selected projects inthe role of PMand/or Expert.
  • Substantive supervision of projects implemented byStrategy & Product team.
  • Managing knowledge of tools and methods of working onprojects within the organization, creating good practices and disseminating them throughout the organization.
  • Co-creation of Innovatika's business strategy and its implementation inthe Strategy & Product area bytranslating the company's goals into the goals of the team and individuals.
Our requirements
  • You have experience indigital/ innovation/ software development projects inaPM, strategist orProduct Manager role.
  • You have experience working with corporations from the agency orsoftware house side and enjoy the role of aconsultant.
  • You are able and willing tomanage ateam, focus onparticipative leadership and employee development.
  • You have had the opportunity tocreate and manage digital products (orbusinesses).
  • You know from practice the tools and processes of design thinking and lean startup.
  • You are able tocreate business models (e.g. Osterwalder business model, BC/ P&L).
  • You communicate freely inabusiness environment inPolish and English.
  • You are independent and proactive - noticing what can work better and proposing solutions.
  • You enjoy learning and sharing knowledge with others.
