Job Description

PerkinElmer OneSource team is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist with French to coordinate the repair and maintenance of customer laboratory instrumentation in France. You will be part of a team in Poland either working remotely from home or in a hybrid work pattern out of our Krakow office.

Responsibilities

Process, manage and monitor customer requests and ensure compliance with contractual conditions according to the desired services. Plan preventive and/or repair maintenance as well as validation services with internal teams and 3rd party providers. Creation of Purchase Orders and tracking of services delivered. Work with finance organization to invoice services outside of contractual coverage. Ensure compliance with the documentary review, within a quality framework Update the database and support the customer on a daily basis in their activity Your profile Approx. 3 years of experience in the field of Sales Administration, Customer Service or Procurement. Good English and French written and spoken skills. A bias for action and high level of commitment to customer Able to work effectively within a team and an individual. Organized with good time management skills. Ce poste, à pourvoir en télétravail basé en France ou à Krakow, est en lien direct avec nos clients, acteur majeur dans le domaine pharmaceutique, pour qui nous assurons la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements scientifiques de laboratoire.

Descriptif du poste:

En tant que Gestionnaire Clients vous assurez la gestion d'une partie du portefeuille d'instruments client. A ce titre, vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes:

Traiter, gérer et suivre les demandes clients et s'assurer du respect des conditions contractuelles selon les prestations souhaitées Planifier des maintenances préventives ou/et curatives ainsi que des prestations de validation Coordonner les prestations des intervenants internes ainsi que les prestations des sous-traitants et coordonnez l'accueil des prestataires externes sur le site du client Facturer les prestations hors couvertures contractuelles Veiller au respect de la revue documentaire, dans un cadre qualité Mettre à jour la base de données et accompagner le client au quotidien dans son activité Votre profil : Niveau Bac+2/3, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'Administration des Ventes ou Relation Clients, vous avez un intérêt pour le domaine scientifique Très bon relationnel, aptitude à l'écoute, rigoureux, sens de l'organisation, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique Anglais professionnel (lu, parlé et écrit) Français courant Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureau (Pack Office, ERP / SAP seraient un plus) Si vous recherchez un poste polyvalent, dans un environnement dynamique et empreint de rigueur ce poste est votre prochain challenge.
