We would like to welcome a creative and process driven colleague to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collection of minus balances, semi-automated dunning, and customer dispute resolution
  • Payment booking, cooperation with external collection agencies
  • Cooperation with Sales, Chargeback, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Service teams to achieve the best possible results
  • Reporting – creation of working reports
  • Cross-border collaboration, continuous improvement, and very good communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and databases, especially MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and focus on results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking
  • Team player with self-discipline and ability to work on his/her own
  • Proactive approach, always looking to improve current processes
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
  • French language would be a plus
