Siemens Gamesa, as a vital part of Siemens Energy, a prominent player in energy technology for over 150 years, is dedicated to innovating sustainable and affordable energy solutions. We are currently seeking Heavy Lift Technicians in Poland to bolster our Major Component Replacement Projects (MCRs) and provide ongoing service support throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Major Component Replacements with a focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in ongoing service activities to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to a rotational work schedule committing to 12-hour shifts.
  • Work closely with the Heavy Lift Supervisor to ensure project success.
  • Play a crucial role in a team of 14 Technicians.
  • Maintain dedication to safety and environmental standards.

What you need to make a difference:

  • Technical Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
  • Adaptability to diverse field projects.
  • Fluency in Polish and English for effective communication.
  • Physical Fitness and Safety Commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Major Component Replacements or similar roles preferred.
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Driver's License and Work Authorization in Poland.
