We are currently seeking Heavy Lift Technicians in Poland to bolster our Major Component Replacement Projects (MCRs) and provide ongoing service support throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Major Component Replacements with a focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in ongoing service activities to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to a rotational work schedule committing to 12-hour shifts.
  • Work closely with the Heavy Lift Supervisor to ensure project success.
  • Play a crucial role in a team of 14 Technicians.
  • Maintain dedication to safety and environmental standards.

What you need to make a difference:

  • Technical Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
  • Adaptability to diverse field projects.
  • Fluency in Polish and English for effective communication.
  • Physical Fitness and Safety Commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Major Component Replacements or similar roles preferred.
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Driver's License and Work Authorization in Poland.
