About the department

The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. HR & Admin department consists of 17 great colleagues providing a variety of HR services and administration support to the whole CPBC organization. Our scope covers wide HR support, recruitment, EB, Learning & Development, Facility & Front Desk Coordination.

Main responsibilities:

• Payroll data preparation according to schedule and daily cooperation with an external payroll service provider (data related to monthly payroll calculation, ZUS declarations, maternity/paternity leaves, reports including employee personal information, holidays, tax exemptions etc.)

• Point of contact and administrative assistance to our employees and managers in all their HR matters - labour code, benefits, holidays, contracts etc.

• Maintain new hire/termination process including pre-employment/termination paperwork, position creation/termination, meeting and document signing with new employees and addressing all arising questions

• Entering and maintaining correctness of employees' records in SAP and SuccessFactors – employee's data, changes in employment conditions, absences, additional information, etc.

• Communication to organization regarding changes in labor law

• Settlement of invoices, cooperation with the accounting team, settlement of employee costs

• Responsible for settlement of the PPK program

• Managing employee social benefits (ZFŚS)

• Preparation of HR reports and accruals

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position

• University degree, preferable in HR, economics, finance, management

• Good command of English

• Very good knowledge of labor law and Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)

• Good knowledge and practice in using MS Office, MS Excel

• High attention to details and timeliness, independence, and responsibility in the implementation of entrusted tasks

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work conditions

• Natural ability to maintain positive relations with employees

• Experience working with SAP will be an advantage

• Last but not sense of humor and team-spirit attitude
