Od Kandydatek i Kandydatów oczekujemy:
  • co najmniej 2-letniego doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu kampanii omnichannel;
  • praktycznej wiedzy w obszarze performance marketingu oraz zarządzaniu projektami e-commerce;
  • znajomości pakietu MS Office (szczególnie MS Excel);
  • praktycznej znajomości Google Analytics;
  • znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2 w mowie i w piśmie;
  • umiejętności swobodnego poruszania się wśród kluczowych wskaźników efektywności oraz współpracy zarówno z partnerami wewnętrznymi jak i zewnętrznymi;
  • umiejętności pracy w zespole oraz prezentowania własnych pomysłów;
  • doskonałych umiejętności analitycznych oraz umiejętności interpretacji danych.
Do głównych zadań zatrudnionej osoby należeć będzie:
  • przygotowywanie strategii oraz planowanie kampanii wspierających sprzedaż w ramach kanałów online i digital offline;
  • przygotowywanie analiz, raportów i rekomendacji w celu optymalizacji działań mediowych, pod kątem wzrostu ROI i ROAS;
  • udział w pracach z obszaru optymalizacji stron internetowych pod kątem SEO;
  • monitorowanie i analiza danych dotyczących sprzedaży, zachowań Klientów, konwersji itd.;
  • raportowanie i prezentacja wyników z powierzonych obowiązków;
  • monitorowanie działań konkurencji oraz aktualnych trendów;
  • stała współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi i partnerami zewnętrznymi;
  • prowadzenie kalendarza działań marketingowych i ich koordynacja.
