About the role

The Business Analyst will be a key driver in helping enable healthier planet choices through data driven decision making. Through the focused lens of embedded sustainability, you will help us by discovering the information hidden in vast amounts of data, structured and unstructured, to enable smarter decisions and better products for all our consumers and customers worldwide. This will ultimately support developing a sustainability tech ecosystem, supporting reporting capabilities and other more predictive/prescriptive analytics tools in the future.

Your responsibilities
  • Understand FMCG industry and business needs and analyze the best technical solution within the internal analytics product.
  • Coordinate and manage project deliveries from E2E points.
  • Make sure the deliveries within the analytics products are being enhanced in the cooperation with the business assuring the tool is used over time.
  • Manage business expectations and create good relationships with stakeholders following Agile methodology with the delivery team
  • Follow up with developers, go deep into the data and understand how the development will bring value to the business
The experience we're looking for
  • 3-4 years working with Business intelligence or Data Business analysis
  • Have some experience with FMCG metrics and business processes
  • You are used to communicating in English
  • Have experience with Power BI and Microsoft Azure tech stack
