Główną rolą tej osoby będzie wsparcie Seniorów w pracach nad zamykaniem transakcji oraz bieżącej współpracy z inwestorami.

Opis stanowiska

  • współtworzenie wraz z Seniorami raportów dla inwestorów odnośnie rynku oraz poszczególnych projektów,
  • kontrola oraz weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej, koordynacja/zbieranie podpisów
  • weryfikacja zgodności dokumentów z kryteriami wskazanymi przez inwestorów
  • udział w procesach due diligence nieruchomości niezabudowanych i zabudowanych (tworzenie VDR, odpowiadania na pytania w formularzach Q&A etc).
  • prace administracyjne wokół VDR polegające na opiniowaniu, skanowaniu oraz weryfikacji niezbędnej dokumentacji.

Profil kandydata

  • wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów: finanse, ekonomia, bankowość, nieruchomości,
  • doświadczenie w pokrewnej dziedzinie rynku (nieruchomości, dziale inwestycji/transakcji) - przynajmniej roczne,
  • bardzo dobra wiedza finansowa,
  • proaktywna postawa, determinacja i chęć rozwoju w stronę analizy inwestycyjnej
  • konieczna jest biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (C1),
  • świetne umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne,
  • zdolność do pracy nad wieloma projektami jednocześnie (organizacja czasu pracy),
  • umiejętność czytania umów/dokumentów prawnych
  • umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
